I've never bought jewelry online before so I was a bit hesitant to do so. And wouldn't you know it there were a few hiccups initially in getting the ring exactly the way I liked it and delivered on time. However, I must say that the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic and they made everything right.I think when things don't go perfectly smoothly is when you really see a seller's true colors. And I can positively say I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again, because as I said they worked really hard and professional to make everything right, and they did.The ring itself also look brilliant. My girlfriend wanted something with side stones that didn't go to far down the side (because then it itches you between the fingers), so this was exactly what I wanted. The ring sparkles from every angle and is just very elegant but also modern. As a bonus for me, the ring looks WAAAY more expensive than it is so I get even more bonus points :)
